KOR Racing.co.uk was built for a young motorcycle racer, Kingsley Ruddy, who is based in Barnsley. He was the 2009 Derby Phoenix 400cc champion and in 2010 he moved up to the 600cc class where he finished 3rd overall, not bad for just 16 years old at the time. He is now seeking sponsorship for the 2011 season and wanted a website to raise awareness of his situation and attract potential sponsors.
It had to include a news section which he could log in to and enter new articles as the race events passed, a calendar which can be searched for race events both past and upcoming, a facility for readers to leave their comments on each news article, photo gallery, contact form, and animated slideshow and logo.
The site was built using PHP, MySQL database, Javascript, Flash and Shockwave Flash, and as you can see in the testimonials page, the client was delighted with the result.

The Real Scotland.com was built to promote a bed & breakfast and activity holiday business in Southwest Scotland. The owners wanted to provide information on a number of outdoor activities as well as having a gallery to show what the surrounding area looks like. The vast majority of the photographs used were taken by us especially for this website, with the remainder being supplied by the business owner. There had to be a facility for users to subscribe to an email alert system where they would be kept informed of local river conditions for fishing, a guestbook, and contact form. Translation into Flemish and French was also required as a large proportion of the target audience is in Belgium.
This site was also built using PHP, MySQL database, Javascript and Flash. The business owners were very happy with their website and also gave us a glowing review at whichwebdesigncompany.com

Byeohazard.com was created for a tattoo artist's studio based in South Ayrshire. Naturally, being a very visual type of business it was necessary that a lot of images would be easily accessible for prospective customers to be able to view some of the available designs and the artist's previous work. The photographs had to be categorized and stored in various galleries, with the 'cover up work' gallery showing a 'before' and 'after' view of the subject.
The website uses PHP and some Javascript and relies heavily on Flash galleries for animation of the images. The image data itself being stored in XML files. Read Byeohazard's review of our service at whichwebdesigncompany.com

This website was created for a South Ayrshire Hotel. The hotel had recently been refurbished and the management wanted to include animated slideshows to show the outstanding level of decor in the rooms and lounge areas. A guestbook was also to be included to allow guests to leave their comments on the hotel. An animation showing the hotel location and a email contact form were also included in the site.
The site uses PHP, MySQL database, Javascript and Flash.
